Jacki Zumsteg

Jacki, with 35+ years in healthcare and design, is the Director of Interior Design at MTMC. Leading the design team and driving business development, she’s known for her passion and dedication to delivering top-notch design and customer satisfaction. Jacki holds an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design and lives in Ellisville, Missouri with her husband.

Laurie Smith

Laurie, an interior design graduate from Missouri State University with 30 years of experience, blends her architecture studies from Washington University. Specializing in healthcare, hospitality, and retail design, Laurie excels in creating beautiful and functional designs, particularly for senior living.

Donna Bahr

Donna has been with MTMC Interior Design for just over two years and continues to grow in her role as Project Coordinator. Her background in interior design, consulting, and customer service has been a valuable asset to the team.

Outside of work, she stays busy with her three children – Morgan (26), Elizabeth (17), and Joey (15) – and enjoys exploring the city with them as she transitions from full-time mom to empty nester. She loves staying active through hiking, going to the gym, dancing, and playing outdoor games. DIY home improvements are also a constant and enjoyable project for her.

Linda Nash

Linda holds a Degree in Interior Design from Bauder College in Miami, Florida. She launched her career in the hospitality industry initially but eventually worked her way to senior living. Linda is passionate about creating a positive impact for the residents through design. You will probably never meet a more enthusiastic Cardinal baseball fan. In her free time she enjoys golf and rescuing animals.

Patti Doran

Patti was born in Indiana and graduated from Purdue University with a degree in interior design. After owning her own art consulting and manufacturing business, Patti joined her best and favorite customer, MTMC Interior Design. Patti’s hobbies include reading, bike riding and Cardinals 

Lewis Wilkerson

Lewis, MTMC Interior Design’s Director of Business Development, brings 20+ years of diverse management experience. Thriving in project oversight, staff management, and collaboration with Sales Reps, Lewis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Passionate about enhancing living spaces, he excels in his role and enjoys tackling an endless list of home projects, showcasing his handy skills.

Jon Manke

Jon Manke, MTMC’s new Strategic Account Manager, leverages extensive Business Development & Sales experience from companies like Invacare Corporation, Newell Rubbermaid, TTi Floorcare, Findaway, and Kent Displays. Based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, with his wife Polly and three adult children, Jon enjoys golf, fishing, travel, bird watching, yoga, cycling, and reading in his spare time.

Erica Copenbarger

Erica, our Business Development Manager, has a background in marketing and project coordination. Erica brings a strategic, client-focused approach to business development at MTMC Interior Design. They’re passionate about building strong relationships and helping the design team bring each project to life. Outside of work, Erica enjoys horticulture, hiking, reading, and spending time with their fiancée, Kyle—and their two cats, Edgar and Lola.

Karen Kemper

Karen has been with MTMC Interior Design for 25 years, working in different positions in the company, including quoting and project coordination. She holds an Associates Degree in Business from Northwest College in Archbold, Ohio. When she is not working, Karen enjoys outdoor activities including taking her dogs for walks. She also rides motorcycles and is working on obtaining her pilot’s license.

Chris Shelton

Christine has been a project coordinator with MTMCID for over eight years, and previously worked with design firms, including a design/build firm and a warehousing company. Christine’s experience and dedication to the field make her a perfect fit for MTMC Interior Design.

Molly Harper

Molly Harper, Creative Design Specialist, has a background in marketing and data management in the non-profit sphere. She brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to her work – creating marketing materials, helping manage project requests, and always looking for innovative ways to support the team. Outside of work, you’ll often find her beachcombing, listening to music, or writing. She is endlessly inspired by the world around her and finds joy in the little details.
